Qwerty Keyboard Sofa by ZO_loft

The digital age changed the way we design things and technology offers us so many things that simplify our lives. With this idea in mind, the design and architecture practice of ZO_loft, located in Italy, incorporated a part of the keyboard into the design of a sofa and named it the Qwerty keyboard sofa.

Imagine how perfect this would be at a tech conference, or in an IT company’s waiting area? I think it’s a lot of fun. The design pokes fun at the idea of falling asleep at your computer on your keyboard. The sofa folds down into a flat bed and the adjustable surface is controlled using tiny motors.
